Onderste 5-6 hebben veel stuivertje gewisseld met oa Iggy Pop, Flash & the Pan en nog wat anderen. Uiteindelijk besloten dat ik niet Pop en Bowie in de lijst wilde maar toch wel een van beide. Dat won Bowie.

In het song top 10 per jaar topic haalde in 1976 hotel California nog een 16e plaats en daar was de keuze ( niet beperkt tot singles) veel groter.
Album staat toch ook in de album top 250 en dat nummer heeft veruit ( > 300) de meeste voorkeur stemmen.

Ik luister nu voor de honderdduizendste keer naar de twee '77 albums van The Stranglers. Geeft wel energie!

Tja zo geeft de progrock liefhebber zich bloot

Ik hield in de jaren '80 ook erg van veel 12" releases. Zou het die progvoorkeur zijn, of luiheid een nieuw muziekje op te zetten?

Weinig overeenkomsten met de top honderd deze editie. Nu verwachtte ik van dit twintigtal geen wonderen, maar een paar liedjes (Into Something (Can't Shake Loose), The Pinocchio Theory, Onda) had ik in meer lijstjes verwacht.

Al met al een weinig verrassende maar alleraardigste eindlijst.
