Gelukkig hebben twee van de mooiste nummers van "1986" het slagveld van de halve finales overleefd.
Ik ben niet zo'n uitgesproken liefhebber van The Smiths zoals velen hier op MuMe dat wel zijn, maar Bigmouth blijft toch erg fraai. Helaas toch ook nog 1 draak in de finale.

Dat ligt toch echt niet aan de muziek uit 1986. Ik ben nu mijn lijstje aan het beluisteren van favoriete nummers uit dat jaar. Daar is amper 5% van genomineerd en volgens mij ligt dat gewoon omdat we maar één nummer mogen nomineren en waar kiezen we dan voor: voor veiligheid want we willen met het nummer zo hoog mogelijk eindigen en dat betekent in de praktijk dat verrassingen uitgesloten zijn.
