Deze zogenaamde gravel-voiced guitar stalwart is hier op Mume niet de meest besproken artiest maar is gewoon een grote meneer die tientallen miljoenen platen (40 miljoen+) heeft verkocht vooral in de grote muzieklanden Engeland en Duitsland was hij heel lang erg groot. Vooral zijn albums gingen als broodjes over de toonbank, met Road to Hell en Auberge stond hij in Engeland met beide op de 1ste plek en in Duitsland op 1 en 3. Naast zijn stem staat hij natuurlijk ook bekend om zijn opvallende slide guitarspel en heeft hij meerdere grammy en Brit Awards nominaties op zak. Na zijn zeer ernstige ziekte zo rond de eeuwwisseling is Rea zich minder met pop/rock muziek bezig gaan houden maar vooral met zijn geliefde muzieksoort Blues met daarbij uitstapjes richting jazz.

Ik heb een startlijst gemaakt van 64 nummers, tijdens het proces heeft ons aller Poeha ook een keer meegekeken en diverse voorstellen gedaan.
