Het is wel duidelijk wat mijn top 4 is... Voor mij was het eigenlijk na Everything Must Go wel klaar, al heb ik t/m Send Away The Tigers de albums nog wel gekocht. By This Is My Truth heb ik sterk ambivalente gevoelens: met name You Stole The Sun From My Heart vond ik ronduit verschrikkelijk en tot dan toe het slechtste wat de band ooit gedaan had. Maar daar stonden ook wel weer wat grootse nummers tegenover (waar helaas toch wel wat sleet op zat).

Manic Street Preachers was in de jaren '90 overigens de eerste band die ik ooit in een zaal zag optreden (tot dan toe was ik alleen naar festivals geweest). Had graag nog wat van hun jaren '90 singles (You Love Us, Motown Junk) genoemd, maar ik ben toch maar voor mijn 10 favorieten gegaan.
