Voor het eerst sinds lange tijd dat de RH-fans het flink hebben laten afweten.

Dat zal komend jaar wel weer anders zijn me dunkt (ik voorspel alvast een monsteroverwinning).

Ja, volgend jaar wordt de nr 1 weer net zo obvious als dit jaar.

Ik heb ook maar 1 album op nummer 1.

Zowaar 4 van de top 10 ook in m'n eigen top 10 (en nog eentje op plek 15). Heb ik toch weer eens een soort van mainstream lijstje

Midlake heb ik, is wel ok, maar voor mij niet Top 20 waardig. En zoals zaaf al citeerde, het is de band inderdaad zeker nog niet gelukt iets van Jethro Tull-kaliber te schrijven. Daarmee vormen ze vermoedelijk wel het hoogtepunt van de topdrie, al weet Arctic Monkeys een mens soms wel in beweging te brengen.

Heb bij Midlake nog serieus getwijfeld of ik ze in mijn voorspelling op moest nemen; heb dat uiteindelijk gedaan, maar wel slechts op een 9e plek. Joanna Newsom (3) en Arctic Monkeys (1) zaten meer in de buurt.

Los van de labbekakkerige topdrie toch wel een jaar met veel matches en bijna-matches voor mij bovenin. Maar zo was hij nog beter geweest:
