Grootste ontdekkingen voor mij van de jaren zestig;

Monks - Black Monk Time (1966)
Voor mij een uitstekende voorloper van de punk, een muziekgenre waar we eind jaren zeventig nog veel van zullen horen. Ben trouwens ook de enige die op dat album gestemd heeft.

Ultimate Spinach - Ultimate Spinach en Behold & See (beide albums uit 1968)
Uitstekende psychedelic rock waar ik tot voor kort nog nooit van gehoord had en dat terwijl ik de sixties zeer bewust heb meegemaakt.

Pentangle - Basket of Light
Zeer mooie folk, een muziek genre dat voor mij de jaren 1969 t/m 1972 zal domineren.

Nog even een opmerking verder over de sixties;
De jaren 1965 t/m 1968 moeten het voor mij helemaal hebben van de psychedelic rock. In 1969 was daar helaas niets meer van te bekennen. Qua muziek hoort dat jaar voor mij dan ook duidelijk in de jaren zeventig thuis.
