Maar kijk .. Biggie had ook vet onder zijn kin, en veel, door die vet heeft hij waarschijnlijk dat zijn wangen wat groter waren en wat inzakten naar binnen vanwege de vet..

Ach, ik vind Biggie een beestig goed rapper...maar hij spreekt inderdaad vaak alsof hij een hete patat in zijn mond heeft zitten, maar dat geluid vind ik net mooi, daarenboven spreekt hij ook een beetje met een lisp (maar dat hoofd niet slecht te zijn natuurlijk, want ook Kool G Rap heeft dat en het zijn beiden uiterst goed MC's)
Stemgeluid moet je gewoon liggen, zoals ik soms problemen heb met de onverwachte stemcapriolen van ODB, klaar...

Ik heb vaak de volgende definitie gebruikt, waarin er wel degelijk verschil bestaat tussen een MC en een rapper:
-Iemand is een goede MC aan de hand van zijn flow en stemgeluid en eventueel battle-capaciteiten (persoonlijk interesseert me dat geen moer), en iemand is een goede rapper aan de hand van hoe goed zijn lyrics zijn en wat hij op het gebied van producen al dan niet kan.
Over het algemeen vind ik het erg handig om dit onderscheid te maken maar aangezien de meeste mensen niet op de hoogte zijn van deze definities zou ik het altijd wanneer ik het wil gebruiken toe moeten lichten en dat is niet echt de moeite waard...

Al heeft MC naar mijn gevoel een positievere toon. Zo kan je Chingy of Nelly misschien net nog een rapper noemen, maar MC past niet echt bij dergelijke kerels...
Maar dit is een persoonlijk aanvoelen.

Inderdaad, een gevoelskwestie. Een MC is qua gevoel meer iemand die skills heeft en niet eens een beat hoeft te hebben om zichzelf verbaal te profileren. Moeilijk uit te leggen. Alle MC's zijn ook echte rappers maar een rapper hoeft geen echte MC te zijn. Ach ja, het maakt ook niet zoveel uit hoe je het benoemd. Als de muziek goed is is het genoeg.

Je hebt gelijk Kos, zoals ik al zei het is een bepaald gevoel die ik erbij krijg. Nelly zal ik nooit een MC noemen ook al slaat het mss nergens op. Rakim, O.C., Nas, Pharaohe weer wel. Die kan ik zowel rapper als MC noemen.

En The Notorious B.I.G. vind ik toch wel de nummer 1 alhoewel ik GZA net zo goed nummer 1 vind
(En het staat allemaal door elkaar dus het is geen rijtje van goed naar slecht ofzo laat ik het er dus maar op houden dat er voor nu ook even geen nummer 1 is
