Dat is nu al de vierde keer dat deze van Cohen op 41 of 42 belandt. En het blijft opvallend dat Hunky Dory het zo lastig heeft, maar dat komt ongetwijfeld door de zware concurrentie. De val van Bryter Layter mag toch ook genoemd worden.

Talking Heads voor mij wel het beste studio album, ik vraag me nu al af of die niet 2 of 3 plaatsen hoger had gemoeten (en naar de punten kijkend of ik die de top 40 in had kunnen krijgen)

Wordt Hunky Dory niet als een van Bowie's beste albums gezien?

Die van Curtis en Leonard Cohen vind ik wel goed , de rest niet echt boeiend of die artiesten/ bands hebben betere....

On the Beach had het een stuk moeilijker. Hoewel deze halverwege nog in de top 40 stond, zakte deze steeds verder weg. Het duurde lang, heel lang tot deze uiteindelijk ‘gewoon’ in de top 40 kwam.

Nóg opvallender is de prestatie van Harvest. Ja, Harvest is (met vijf schamele puntjes voorsprong) wederom het best genoteerde album van Neil Young, maar voor het eerst haalt Harvest de top 20 niet. En bij lange na niet. Harvest was zelfs nog heel lang de laagste van de vier grootste 70s-klassiekers van Neil Young. Het is hoe dan ook een relatief matig jaar voor Neil Young, en dat terwijl hij met vier(!) albums de top 40 gehaald heeft.

A Night at the Opera wordt vrij vaak genoemd (slechts één keer minder dan de nummer 14), maar wel vaak in de onderste regionen van de lijst. Queen II, die in het verleden meermaals de top 40 haalde, strandt op plek 130.

Vanmiddag en vanavond ben ik weg, dus de top 30 volgt vanavond laat, of morgen pas.

Leuk om vanuit de tuin een beetje te volgen.
Laatste blokje was wel het zwakste en saaiste tot nu toe (imho uiteraard).
En opvallend al 4x Neil Young in de top 40.

Wat een ontzettend lage positie van Exile zeg...met gemak hoort ue ern Top 10/15 te halen , maar het Mume deelnamepubliek is al jaren dezelfde groep users hier , erg klein in vergelijking met andere lijstdeelnemers en niet representatief dat ik het niet serieus neem ...Mume is leuk , maar wel apart
