Mooie 8e plek voor Van Halen. Nr.48 is een stukje onvervalste pub/bluesrock.Voorbeeldige liveband vooral, rond zanger/smoelschuiver Lee Brilleaux (R.I.P) en in 1e instantie gitarist Wilko Johnston, die later nog in Ian Dury's Blockheads opdook. De band had geen hits in Nederland, maar dit was wel hun single in 1978.

Dr. Feelgood neemt de 20e plek in. De volgende band reken ik wel tot één mijn persoonlijke favo's. In Nederland was dit het 1e wapenfeit. Vervreemend, neurotisch, maar o zo slim in elkaar gezet. Komt van het debuutalbum wat in 1977 verscheen, maar dit jaar hier een hit.Top 10 materiaal als je het mij vraagt.
