Scusi JM , het was van alle kanten dringen en ik wilde geen eeuwigheid bezig zijn met schrappen. Dus maar gewoon op gevoel gedaan. Als 2012 een maandje eerder voorbij was gekomen (of het concert van DIIV een maand later) was het ongetwijfeld anders geweest

Ik weet niet hoe ik het voor elkaar heb gekregen, maar ik heb zondagmiddag Wildest Moments vreemd genoeg over het hoofd gezien toen ik m'n laatste ei legde over de volgorde. Dit terwijl ik de beste single van Jessie Ware toch echt al op #5 in m'n spotifylijstje had geplaatst. Hopelijk kost deze stommiteit haar dat geen top 20 plaats

Nooit geweten dat CHVRCHES uit Aerogramme voort is gekomen. Eigenlijk geloof ik er ook geen barst van

Het gaat jaar na jaar achteruit bij mij wat overeenkomsten betreft. Eén hit maar? Enerzijds had ik het wel verwacht, anderzijds vind ik het toch héél verrassend dat bijvoorbeeld iets als Woodkid niet los bij de eerste 10 terecht komt. Zij leveren wel mijn favoriete clip van dat jaar op, meer nog, het is één van mijn favoriete clips aller tijden. Wat een beelden, ik kwijl van zulke visuele pracht, zeker in combinatie met de fantastische muziek! En ja, ook na 8 jaar krijg ik daar nog kippenvel en licht vochtige oogjes van. De clip voor 'Iron' was ook bijzonder goed.
