Mijn postbus staat altijd open.

Maar meteen beginnen met de foute hits. Kwestie van de mensen hier alvast te inspireren.

Fout in 2002: 10. t.a.t.u. met All the things she said




Een typisch marketingproduct. 2 Russen stelden in 1998 een nieuw muzikaal project samen. Na vele audities vonden ze 2 Russische meisjes: Joelia (toen 13 jaar) en Lena (toen 14 jaar). De naam werd t.A.T.u..

In 1999 zongen ze hun eerste single: 'Ya soshla s uma' dat later in het Engels bekend zou worden als 'All the things she said'. Ze braken in het westen door met Eurosong in 2003. Ze zongen het nummer 'Nje vjer, nje bojsa'. Mooi een 3e plaats, achter Turkije (Sertab) en België (Urban Trad). Maar het is vooral 'All the things she said' dat voor de commerciële doorbraak zorgde. Ook de (zeker voor Rusland) controversiële clip en het bijkomende imago dat het een lesbisch koppel was, hielp wel bij de bekendheid. Later zou uitkomen dat ze helemaal niet lesbisch waren, toen één van hen zwanger werd. In 2011 gingen beide meisjes solo verder.

Zowel in Vlaanderen als in Nederland stond het lang in de top maar bleef het steken op nr 2. De komende jaren zouden ze nog enkele kleine hitjes scoren.

Heb ik weer, die staat in m'n longlist voor dit jaar (al zal ie de top 10 niet gaan halen). Niks mis mee wat mij betreft.

Niks fout aan All the Things She Said. Integendeel, gewoon een erg sterk nummer en daar is redelijk wat consensus over op MuMe geloof ik. Werd in Greatest Hits of...2002! nota bene gewoon winnaar.

Prima nummer inderdaad, heb destijds zelfs het album nog wel eens beluisterd.

Echt? Ik hoop dat ik niet de enige ben die t.a.t.u. fout vindt. Geen slecht nummer, maar best wel fout.

Ik was rond 2005 zelfs even fan van de dames.
