Bent Knee heeft ook zo zijn kwaliteiten (erg lekkere drive in het begin, maar de zang in het tweede deel haalt de vaart er wel wat uit) en zou onder een minder zware topdrie punten gepakt hebben. Deze van The Pineapple Thief is niet echt een uitschieter in het repertoire en Sylvan is sowieso niet echt interessant.

Geweldig mooie Neverland, na al die jaren nog steeds erg van onder de indruk.
Van de ietwat dromerige sound van Glass Kites had ik voor vanavond nog nooit gehoord. Best wel verrassend.
Sylvan sleept hier in deze ladder het laatste puntje weg.
Gelukkig dat WHW uit de vorige ladder nog wat bijval van Bonk en musicborst hebben gekregen.
Met de op een na laatste plaats in die ladder is het doek gevallen en enkel voor de statistici onder ons mogelijk nog een issue.

Aha, in deze ladder is het voor mij opnieuw feest, net als in ladder 97 met WHW.
Vow, daar heb ik het over. Schitterende rockballade van Shadow Gallery.
Dus weer taart met een kers erop of (voor de smulpaap) een vette krent in de pap.
Alleen is het jammer dat ik zelf beide nominaties heb moeten inbrengen.
Het voelt een beetje als: ‘het leven is een feest, maar je moet wel zelf de slingers ophangen’.
