* De puntentelling is per 2016 veranderd en nu als volgt:
#1: 100 punten, #2: 90 punten (...) [-5] (...) #5: 75 punten (...) [-3] (...) #20: 30 punten (...) [-1] (...) #30: 20 punten

* De albums moeten óf hier op musicmeter aangegeven staan als 1960-1969 (ongeacht het type album of het materiaal dat erop staat) óf uitsluitend(!) opnames bevatten die uit de jaren '60 stammen (naar eigen inzicht!).

* Ieder type album is toegestaan, dus ook EP’s, live-albums en verzamelaars.

* Noteren gaat als volgt:

Die had ik vorige decennium
Hier is wel het e.e.a mis mee, namelijk met een extra (jaren 40) lied is dit een heruitgave van het in 1955 uitgebrachte album en niet zoals hier staat vermeld op de site uit 1961 maar uit 1995, tja en dan stammen de opnames ook nog eens uit de jaren '40.

Nu zal het album geen potten breken.

Hoewel een leuke lijst, hoort 'White Christmas' van Bing Crosby hier niet thuis, los van het feit dat alle nummers uit de jaren '40/50 stammen.

Dit album staat al op MuMe, met jaartal 1955. Daarnaast ook een versieuit 1961. Ik ga een verzoek indienen om die laatste te laten verwijderen. Eerstgenoemde is de eerste uitgave. Daarnaast bestaan er tientalle heruitgaven, waaronder de versie uit 1961. Hier een overzicht. De eerste keer dat de titel van deze plaat werd gewijzigd van 'Merry Christmas' in 'White Christmas' was 1968. Dus de combinatie van de titel 'White Christmas' en 1961 klopt niet eens. Evenals de hoes, die vermoedelijk van een latere CD uitgave is. Zie Amazon. Kortom, deze plaat staat 2x op de website.

Toon1 zie een berichtje hoger, ja die zal wel vaker hier en daar op de markt zijn gegooid (vooral tegen het einde vh jaar).

Toon1 en Rudi S heb mijn nummer 1 verwijdert en een nieuwe nummer 30 toegevoegd, de rest is een plekje opgeschoven.

Ten aanzien van de heruitgaves van Bing Crosby - White Christmas (1961) heb ik begrepen dat er wel degelijk gebruik zou zijn gemaakt van andere versies / takes van de diverse nummers dan wel heropgenomen.

Ik heb slechts de heruitgave van 1970, maar op streaming site staan ook albums met de diverse uitvoeringen, alhoewel het verschil soms nauwelijks hoorbaar is. Volgens mij was de heruitgave in 1970 de eerste met stereo-mix. Het duurde volgens mij tot 2010 voor er een remastering van het album verscheen. Opmerkelijk omdat men tot 1977 (Saturday Night Fever) beweerde dat dit album het meest verkochte album allertijden was wereldwijd.

Nou goed, maar zoals geschreven dat hoeft wat mij betreft niet, het viel mij enkel op omdat ik 'm vorig decennia op nummer 20 had en toen al twijfelde (jaren 40 opnames).

Hoop dat het vervangen van mijn lijst / nummer 1 niet tot extra werk voor chevy93 heeft geleid?

Kom er net achter dat ik op nog geen enkel album van The Kinks heb gestemd!! De vinyl verzamelaar die ik lijkt ook niet hier op MuMe te staan. Zie nu dat op Deezer nu eindelijk ook de meeste albums te streamen zijn, vorig jaar waren dat nog alleen een paar verzamelaars.
