De volgende zanger/ acteur bracht in 1962 zijn eerste single uit, maar met Ritme Van De Regen scoorde hij kort er na pas echt goed. Zijn loopbaan ging met pieken en dalen, maar heeft altijd trouwe en loyale fans gehouden. Deze song bleef steken in de tipparade. Hij treed nog met regelmaat op trouwens.

Hits, maar ook artistiek de moeite waard met kiene popmuziek, zeker toen Kevin Godley en Lol Creme er nog bij zaten. Die twee verlaten de band in 1976.
