The Police op een zeker geen onverdienstelijke 29e plek. Maar weer eens een zangeres. Geboren in Wales in 1951. Zij had haar doorbraak hit met Lost In France in 1976 en deze melancholieke single werd ook een aardig succesje. Door haar hese stemgeluid werd ze weleens de vrouwelijke Rod Stewart genoemd. Hierna scoorde zij nog eenmaal fors met het door Jim Steinman ( bekend van Meat Loaf) geproduceerde Total Eclipse Of The Heart (1983.)

Plaats nr. 80 voor Bonnie Tyler. De song die nu volgt is één van de langste die ooit op een 45 toeren plaatje verscheen. Een nummer die als stijl dramarock genoemd mag worden en wellicht door de jaren heen wat doodgedraaid is. Kom maar in een horeca gelegenheid en het wordt nog altijd uitbundig meegebrult. Desalnietemin een heel opvallend nummer aan het eind van 1978. Het duurde even voordat de popmuziekweteld het in de gaten had. Het bijhorende geweldig verkopende album verscheen al in 1977.
