Mijn 1978 met een nummer 1 die helemaal niet uit 1978 komt Dom natuurlijk en had eigenlijk niet in de lijst mogen staan (vakantievoorbereidingen en een lijst maken gaan niet samen), maar wil nog wel even opmerken dat dit wat mij betreft met afstand het beste is wat Elton John ooit gemaakt heeft.

Madagascar is ook niet meer wat het geweest is.

Wat een topjaar is 1979.

1979 is het jaar van de snor.

Dat is nogal een contradictie, als je je er niet voor schaamt, hoe kan het dan een guilty pleasure zijn.... gewoon pleasure toch dan.

Je zit er een jaartje naast vrees ik. Ted de Braak werd pas in 1980 verkozen tot "Snor van het Jaar" door de Snorrenclub Antwerpen.

Goed punt, daar heb ik eigenlijk nog niet eens bij stil gestaan ?

Sorry: ik heb de fout gemaakt op dit schitterende nummer maar op 21 te zetten... nu al spijt van. Deed het ook omdat de 12" versie nog beter is.

Goed dat je dat beseft! Ik had 'm op 3.

Ik zou het liefst zeggen dat het niet erg is en dat de excuses aanvaard worden maar ik vrees dat me dat nog niet lukt

Volkomen terecht. Overigens staat Donna natuurlijk al wel in mijn top 10 van 1979, anders zou ik het wel erg heet krijgen.
