Even een vriendelijk verzoek aan de creatieve lieden die om de B-kant onder de aandacht te brengen A- en B-kant omdraaien. Ik zie dat soms, als ik reden zie om te controleren (?) maar moet het dan alsnog, voor de telmacro, herstellen. Als het aan me voorbij gaat beïnvloedt dat de telling.

Graag 'gewoon' de B-kant naast (en na) de A-kant vermelden als die bijdraagt aan de positieve waardering. Cursief mag, tekstje erachter of bij de lijst mag. Alle B-kanten vermelden is voor mij ook geen indicatie om deze over te nemen.

zaaf, had iemand soms Girls & Boys vermeld als B-kant en ben je die daardoor 'vergeten' mee te tellen?

Iets heel anders: 1987!

Hoewel: net als in 1986 heeft ook in 1987 een Italiaans nummer, nu met een mannennaam, veel succes in Nederland. Ook weer zo'n fraai liedje. Vanwege het Italiaans staat hij net niet in de top 100 bij RYM.

Ja, ik moet bij het nummer ook denken aan de theorie van Butt-Head over Creep van Radiohead:

Hoewel ik in dit geval niets mis vind met de stem van Paolo. Ik zag 'm ooit in 1991 in Parma in een theater ouder dan het Scala in Milaan optreden. Dat was echt geweldig. Met vier keer een toegift door alle ovaties. Bij de vierde zei hij: wat moet ik nu weer spelen?
