Stones hebben best mooie nummers gemaakt, maar die staan hier niet op.

Ach kom op: toevallig is het mijn favoriete Stones album, dat is persoonlijk. Maar niet toevallig hoort dit Let It Bleed bij de grote vier platen die zij achter elkaar hebben gemaakt. En als je het dan minder bevalt dan ander Stones werk, dan nog vind ik het moeilijk te volgen om deze plaat op de laatste plek terug te zien. Maar ja, dat ben ik. Goed dat je reageerde!

Tsja, voor mij was het niet bepaald moeilijk. Veruit het slechtste album van deze lijst en Gimme Shelter vind ik ook veruit het slechtste nummer van de MML Finale.
Overigens vind ik Let It Bleed niet écht slecht maar het gaat grotendeels langs me heen. Alleen het laatste nummer vind ik ronduit vervelend.

Dan heb jij dat laatste nummer nog nooit live gehoord: dat was bijvoorbeeld in 1987 in Keulen zo briljant dat we het met z'n 5-en op de terugweg 10 achter elkaar gedraaid en meegebruld hebben.

En nee ik heb de Stones nooit live gezien en dat hoeft ook niet echt.
Ik vind het nogal een zeikerig nummer en zo'n typische Veronica plaat.

Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin IV (1971)
Toch wel een kleine verrassing dat Led Zeppelin dit jaar op 10 staat vorige jaar nog nieuw op 16 en nu met superstip door gestoten naar de Top 10. Die stijging is niet te danken aan nieuwe albums die in de lijst onder Led Zeppelin zijn binnen gekomen / het wegvallen van albums uit de posities boven 16, maar Led Zeppelin heeft dit op eigen kracht gedaan, IV is 5 albums gepasseerd die vorige jaar nog boven IV stonden (Meat is Murder 14, Different Glass 13, Dummy 12, Violator 10 en Seventeen Seconds 08, de 6e winstplaats komt door het wegvallen van Doolittle 15 en het scheelt maar 1 punt met nummer 08) en daarmee is IV de snelste stijger van dit jaar.
