Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here (1975)



Uit het niets nieuw binnengekomen op nummer 4 geloof dat we wel kunnen stellen dat Wish You Were Here de Klapper van het jaar is. Het album begon al sterk en heeft zelfs even op nr. 2 gestaan (na 13 lijsten), maar zakte toen een beetje weg. Met de laatste paar lijsten kwamen ze weer hard terug en het leek er zelfs op dat ze de Top 3 gingen halen Onweerwolf heeft daar echter een stokje voor gestoken als hij zijn nummer 3 4 plaatsen lager had gezet had WYWH in de Top 3 gestaan.
Overigens The Cure - Disintegration kwam in 2012 ook van uit het niets op 4 het jaar later was hij weer foetsie.

Wederom Top 3 voor Funeral, heel lang leek hij dit jaar voor het eerst buiten de Top 3 te vallen pas door de laatste 5 lijsten is hij in de Top 3 gekomen al is het nipt. Na 31 lijsten stond hij zelfs 9e.

Aangezien het van te voren al wel zo goed als vast stond dat Radiohead - OK Computer op nummer 1 zou staan en dat nog eens werd bevestig na de eerste tussenstand, zal het dan ook voor bijna niemand meer een verrassing zijn.
Daarom maak ik eerst de nummer 1 bekend en daarna rond 17.00 de nummers 4, 3 en 2.
