Smashing Pumpkins, helemaal vergeten! Had ik toch wel een plek in de onderste regionen moeten geven. Net als The The en Keith Caputo. Nu ik de andere lijsten zie, merk ik wat ik over het hoofd heb gezien.

Het voorspellen van de top 10 belooft een zware klus te worden, m.u.v. de gedoodverfde nummer 1 dan. Veel kanshebbers voor de 2e en 3e plaats o.a. De top 250 is in ieder geval geen goede graadmeter. Te veel metal en dat doet het doorgaans niet goed in Zaaf's album top 10.

Oei, ik wist niet dat er een gedoodverfde nummer 1 is dit jaar. Zou Kid B echt zo populair zijn? Zie het zelf een beetje als een (overigens meer dan prima) restjesalbum. Of doel je wellicht op een ander album?

Gewoon zorgen dat je bij alle albums die je kent een stem hebt staan. Hoef je alleen maar je stemlijst voor een jaar te bekijken en zie je niets meer over het hoofd

Neen hoor. Het is van een artiest die net als van die "Kid" altijd hoog scoort en met dat album het hoogste gemiddelde scoort van al zijn albums en dat zijn er heel wat. Maar... ik kan het mis hebben.

Oh wacht, die heb ik ook op 1 in m'n voorspelling. Ik ben niet meer zo scherp vrees ik, het is al laat

Alles is droom: Shell verlaat de grot of het meer niet.

In theorie klopt dat wel, maar in een sterk jaar, met veel 4* tot 5*, kan je vlug iets over het hoofd zien. Bovendien bevat MuMe bevat verre van alles. Tot nutoe heb ik in 2017 reeds 150 plaatjes beluisterd die niet op MuMe staan. Geef toe dat die (niet-mume) plaatjes geen schijn van een kans hebben om hier in de top 20 (of zelfs top 100) te geraken, maar in mijn eigen lijstje kunnen die soms heel hoog staan, en zelfs de beste plaat van het jaar zijn. Ik probeer die dan ook wel hier toe te voegen, maar dat lukt niet altijd (meestal vanwege problemen met de hoes).
