Pff, mensen, what a ride! Heerlijk om met jullie door al die prachtige jaren te mogen gaan, dank voor alle mooie tips, de organisatie en hoogstaande kwaliteit en smaak. Met Wu op 1 een verrassende winnaar voor mij, die ga ik nu meteen weer draaien om de verkiezing eer aan te doen.

Dat was ook het eerste wat mij opviel. Wu is net iets meer genoemd, terwijl Nas op de andere meetwaarden (hoogste positie en aantal x top 10) beter scoort. Desalniettemin een uitslag waar ik prima mee kan leven.
Een andere conclusie is dat alles East Coast in de top 10 is, behalve onze vrienden uit Zwolle en een vleugje Madlib.

Rest mij te zeggen dat ik met buitengewoon veel plezier aan dit topic mee heb gedaan (het maakte mij van een meelezend bezoeker, een actieve deelnemer). Het maakte dat ik meer hiphop heb geluisterd, dan dat ik de voorgaande jaren heb gedaan, met als mooie bijvangst de vondst van duur vinyl op de zolderkamer.

Mbt Enter the Wu vs Illmatic, snap jullie verwondering. Had ikzelf ook. Meerdere keren nagerekend, ook met verschillende rekensleutels, elke keer kwam de positionering op deze eindstand uit. Daarvoor was het verschil simpelweg te groot.
