Lauryn begon zeer behoorlijk, totdat een paar dikke onvoldoendes het gemiddelde omlaag hielpen tot net boven de 7.

Het volgende nummer staat momenteel in de finale van Song van het Jaar 1976. Ik kies deze, omdat dit voor mij echt een toonbeeld is van classic rock-nummer: pompeus, muzikaal virtuoos, lang uitgesponnen. Mede daardoor kent het nummer vele voor-, maar ook vele tegenstanders. Zelf behoor ik tot de bescheiden middengroep. In mijn classic rock-periode (begin tot medio jaren '00) heb ik zelfs nog het bijbehorende album gekocht en regelmatig beluisterd, inmiddels luister ik er praktisch nooit meer naar, maar - mits zeer gedoseerd - kan ik er op zich nog wel van genieten.
