en verhaaltjes:
6 niet zo'n bekende girlgroup, wel een erg prima album gemaakt (volgens mij via songpop ontdekt)
7 is altijd lastig om niet aan die live versie van 10 minuten te denken, dan had-ie nog wel hoger gestaan. Ik heb wel een edit/single versie gevonden en die was toch goed genoeg voor plaats 7.
9 de enige Beatles single in mijn lijst, hey jude en obladi heb ik niks mee en het feit dat dat de a-kant is telt voor mij dan net wat zwaarder zodat toch de hele single er niet in komt
10 zeker een aanrader, ontdekt via sokra, beetje stereolab in 60s stijl.

De nummer 1 was al eens gekozen als beste nummer van de jaren '60 op Musicmeter, dus een logische winnaar.

Net zo'n verrassing als dat Liverpool een 3-0 nederlaag tegen Barcelona wegpoetst in de halve finale van de CL. Ik geloof het allebei nog steeds niet.

Daarom maar gaan we eens deze Engelse band uit Londen pluggen voor 1969. Wie had dat gedacht?

Ze hebben dan weer 2 fantastische singles, waarvan eentje met een dubbele A-kant. Ik hoop dat het daar beter mee afloopt dan in 1968, maar realiseer mij dat je niet altijd kan krijgen wat je wilt. Zeker niet de vrouw op de andere kant van de single.
