Als ik niet weer te laat was geweest, dan zou dit mijn Top 15 geweest zijn.
Bizar lage notering voor Rory, mijn enige 5-sterren plaat van dit jaar. Sowieso een jaar dat na de fan-tas-ti-sche jaren 1969 t/m 1973 toch een enorme kwaliteitsverarming in de popmuziek liet zien. Ook weinig obscure shit die me écht van me sokken doet blazen. Wel veel, héél veel platen die erg verdienstelijk tot bijzonder smakelijk klinken.
Ook raar dat Kraftwerk de Top 15 niet heeft gehaald, maar dat is mijn eigen schuld, want als ik op tijd was geweest, dan zou Ann Peebles er net uitgewipt zijn. Dat zou dan ook weer zonde geweest zijn, want de enige (en aangename) verrassing in de lijst.
