Nouja zeg??? Nina Hagen heeft de Top 15 (nét) niet eens gehaald? Wat zijn dat voor rare fratsen? En Broesie staat natuurlijk weer eens veel en veel te hoog....
Wel tof dat die andere excentrieke dame er dan gewoon maar eventjes met de hoofdprijs vandoor gaat.

Na een paar wat mindere jaren is 1978 toch weer een lift omhoog. Weliswaar geen 5*-albums, maar zo'n beetje mijn hele Top 15 zou ik wel met 4,5* willen waarderen. Daarbij werd in de nacht van 30 op 31 december in de Spaceward Studio de eerste demo van Iron Maiden gecreëerd, alsmede verschenen in dit jaar de demo’s van Angel Witch, Saxon en (de opname van) Def Leppards eerste EP. De geboorte van de gouden jaren van de nieuwe wave van metal.

Ook vind ik 1978 een jaar waarin een aantal ge-wel-di-ge live (in de studio) albums is verschenen. Als het alleen om studioplaten ging, dan zouden mijn nrs 16 t/m 19 ook nog mijn Top 15 hebben gehaald.

over Kraftwerk zeg je heel verstandige dingen. die had gewoon 2e moeten worden, met 520 p. o wacht, ze waren ook tweede. maar wel met minder punten. kan t niet meer aanpassen, maar JE HEBT GWOON GELIJK!

Mooiste ontdekking tot nu toe is het debuut van The Raincoats, ontwapenende post-punk. Benieuwd of die hier nog wat gaat doen!

Damespost-punk, klinkt als een brief van een mevrouw die is dichtgemaakt met een veiligheidsspeld en het adres met plakletters.
Ik heb veel herennew wave en zelfs herenmod in m'n lijst.

De bassist van de Raincoats staat momenteel in m'n top 40 met haar erg fijne nieuwe single, en bijbehorende clip ' Wish I Was You' maar die klinkt meer als 90s alt rock.
