Wat een jaar, wat een jaar. Wat een jaar! 1990 is waarschijnlijk mijn meest favoriete muziekjaar. Mijn hele Top 15 plus nog de bovenste laag van mijn 'bubbling under'-albums zijn voor mij 5*-albums. En de Top 6 staan allemaal heel erg hoog in mijn all-time lijst. In mijn lijst bijna louter metal, maar dat betekent niet dat ik in andere genres geen pareltjes vind, maar de onderstaande lijst is zo'n beetje de belichaming van mijn pubertijd.
Anders had ik ook Depeche Mode, Sonic Youth, Nick Cave, Public Enemy, Cocteau Twins en Fish graag wat extra punten gegeven. Verrassend wel dat George Michael en vooral het te gekke Ride zo hoog scoren.

Dank weer voor al het kranige werk, zaaf. En fijn dat de traditionele "afwijkende" #15 toch nog voor één match met mijn lijst zorgt.

Misschien in de commotie overheen gelezen, maar om teleurstellingen, depressies of erger te voorkomen nog even een disclaimer (ik krijg deze dagen best veel lijstjes):

Wat schuift dat?

Bij het maken van mijn 1990 lijst mocht ik starten met vijf 5sterren albums, ik dacht dit geen ander jaar zo veel zou zijn maar daar kom ik direct al op terug want bij 1991 bleken dat er al 6! Sowieso kan ik mijn Top 15 vullen met minimaal 4,5 sterren albums. Of te wel, geweldig jaar!
