Black midi en, gek genoeg, Nick Cave had ik nog steeds niet geluisterd, maar zonder deze albums te kennen toch mooi om te zien dat ze de lijst hebben gehaald. Dat geldt ook voor Fontaines D.C., toffe plaat!

Veil of Imagination vind ik één van de betere metalplaten van de laatste jaren.
Ook Blood Incantation hoort daarbij met zijn trage en lome sound waar deathmetal zo uniek in is en waar ik vaak koude rillingen bij krijg.
Als tegenhanger van de metal dan op 2 het zoetere en zeker in zijn soort prachtige Abandoned van de Canadese band Huis.
Verder in de breedte van 2019 toch wel een aardig jaar, vind ik.
Voor zaaf een die alles weer netjes onder elkaar heeft gezet en geschreven.
