Op 4 april 2016 opende ik de zesde editie van dit spel. In de afgelopen maanden stuurden 119 deelnemers 480 lijstjes in met daarin 5263 albums van 2915 artiesten, waarover 663.170 punten werden verdeeld. Daar kwam dan zeven maal een top 50 uit rollen. Net zoals vorig jaar heb ik van de jaren ’50 wegens geringe belangstelling alleen de top 25 mee laten dingen voor de finale.

De regels blijven hetzelfde als vorig jaar :
- Stel een toplijst op uit de keuzelijst in de volgende post. Dit mag alles zijn van een top 20 tot aan een top 50 (een top 23 of 37 is dus ook toegestaan!)
- Doe dit a.u.b. door de albums uit de lijst in het volgende bericht te kopiëren, zodat de schrijfwijze bij iedereen EXACT gelijk is. Dit scheelt mij veel tijd in het verwerken van de lijstjes!

Deadline: Woensdag 28 juli 23.59

In het weekend daaropvolgend zal op zaterdag of zondag (precieze datum wordt later bekend) de lijst wederom uitgezonden worden op via internetradiostation Orinoco Radio.

Een zestal dierbare albums verloren die niet meer in de keuzelijst stonden. Gelukkig waren er voldoende (nieuwe) kandidaten om de leegte op te vullen.

Er is een mooie trend te zien in m'n decenniumverdeling, die uitstekend correleert met de tijd die ik gemiddeld aan elk decennium besteed. Zoals te zien aan de aantallen heb ik voor de jaren 50/60/70 mogelijk nog een mooie ontdekkingstocht te gaan. Elk decennium verder in de tijd neemt het aantal albums trapsgewijs toe. De jaren 10 lopen nog iets achter op de jaren 00, maar dat zal volgend jaar wellicht al omgedraaid zijn.

Ik begrijp dat er een motie is ingediend?

Haha, typo. Dat ik 17 albums uit de jaren 10 heb opgenomen in m'n top 50 geeft wel aan hoe belachelijk veel goede muziek in het huidige decennium al is uitgekomen.

Met zo'n prefab lijstje krijg je toch hele rare statistieken, dit lijstje zegt dan ook niet zo veel meer over mijn favorieten. Van mijn geliefde jaren 80 vond ik er nog maar 4 de moeite waard in mijn top42, en bij gebrek aan goede jaren 80 platen heb ik opeens 6 favorieten uit het jaar 1971... Ach ja, leuk spelletje!

Zowel "belachelijk" als "goed" verkrijgen in de praktijk een dermate relatieve invulling dat absolute toepassing ervan goed belachelijk is

Ik twijfel even over de herkomst van het begrip aesthetische Distanz (Jauss of Adorno: iig heeft Jurij Lotman het helder ingekaderd), maar het duo Graf/Gretz heeft erg last van ÄDS - al zijn ze natuurlijk wel de twee uiterste polen van het paradigma

Ik heb me er nog niet over gebogen, maar ik durf de voorspelling wel aan dat er iig één album in mijn lijst zal komen. Dat zal deze week wel moeten plaatsvinden, deo volente

Lol, iedereen mag toch hopelijk begrijpen dat deze woorden slechts mijn bescheiden mening zijn. Ik ga niet voor ieder bericht typen "ik vind dat".
